Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • England: 3–7 Business Days
  • Scotland & Wales: 4–10 Business Days
  • Northern Ireland: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Furniture Deliveries

As many of our products are large furniture items, customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • There is suitable access for large furniture items.
  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the order.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, courier disruptions, or peak delivery periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
