Thank you for shopping with AlfaFurnitures.
We aim to deliver each order carefully packaged and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or new collection drops, processing may take a little longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Unitedkingdom)

  • We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping within United kingdom may apply few charges on some orders.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping on all products.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and region.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
You can use that tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Roohteen is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alfanest.director@gmail.com
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

7. Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, please note that the estimated dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page.
Any other items ordered with a pre-order will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready, unless otherwise arranged.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
